**The Role**

An exciting opportunity is offered for an experienced and self-reliant **Program Manager** to become part of our dynamic team in **Italy**.

It is an exciting time to become part of our company - with the opportunity **to manage several innovative, complex and high-quality projects in Italy**, with a long-term perspective on **international responsibility**.

**Your contribution**

- Development of the **program strategy** together with the management team and the account manager.
- **Effective management of contract execution** after signing, taking into account technical, legal, financial and customer-specific aspects.
- **Leadership of the program team**; Setting key priorities and goals, as well as managing internal stakeholder relationships and collaboration with partners and suppliers.
- **Provide reliable forecasts** and ensure that sufficient resources are available for on-time project implementation, operational maintenance and problem solving.
- **Responsibility for meeting schedules** by ensuring cross-functional support.
- Acting **as a central point of contact for the customer** throughout the entire contract period.

**Your profile**

The successful individual is **self-reliant** and able **to manage several multimillion-euro programs at the same time**. You have **entrepreneurial thinking**, experience in **financial management and budgeting**, as well as **negotiation skills**, especially in contract negotiation.

**Your background**

- At least **5 years of experience in program management**, ideally in **transportation, mobility, or software integration**.
- **Ability to align the program's overall goals with business and strategic goals**.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, **strong financial control**, **budgeting and negotiation skills**.
- **Bachelor's degree** or equivalent experience in the technical or business field (**PMP certification very welcome**).
- **Fluent in Italian and English.**

This role is **remote**, based in **Italy**, and includes **occasional trips** to our offices in **Milan, Bologna and Rome** for client meetings.
