Borsa Italiana, the company responsible for the organization and management of Italian financial markets, provides a job opportunity within the Human Resources area, in the Operations Team.
Workplace: working from home/office (Milan, Piazza degli Affari 6)
Key Responsabilities
- Maintain and update employees database and personnel files
- Prepare documents and reports relating to personnel activities/data
- Assistance in payroll preparation by processing relevant data (absences, presences, leaves, etc)
- Support employees with queries/requirements
- Manage of the HR System (Workday)
- Master Degree in Humanities or Economics;
- Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
- Experience at using different types of tools and software (Microsoft Office);
- Previous experience in similar role or HR Master will be considered as a plus;
- Good analytical and organizational skills;
- Team working attitude.
