**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**
As Logistic Accountant Specialist you will be part of our team, managing inbound and/or outbound logistics of luxury goods. You will be part of a team in charge for management of purchase invoice and invoice to customer. Collaboration with warehouse staff and freight forwarders is a key task of your role.

You are a good team player with a attention to details, willing to growth in a dynamic environment.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepares and issues customer invoices and relevant custom documentation.
- Works closely with warehouse and custom departments.
- Matches invoices and purchase orders.
- Verifies payment status with carriers.
- Processes invoices to ensure information is current and up-to-date.
- Prepare and assemble shipment documentation, including invoice and any documentation in accordance to destination and type of products.
- Monitor shipment cost.
- Interact with Customer Service to provide the maximum reliable order confirmation and alert for each delay during execution.
- Data Analysis and reporting activities.

**PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Accountancy and financial knowledge.
- Knowledge of accounting terms and techniques.
- Knowledge of sales terms and conditions.
- Excellent English and Italian.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of IBM AS400 or SAP as a plus.
- Problem solving and focus on results.
- Ability to interact with business functions and customers.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.

**WHO YOU ARE**
For this role, we’re looking for someone with:

- High school diploma or University degree;
- 2+ years experience in in shipping, logistic, transport management;
- Excellent English and Italian;
