**Overview**:
**About the role**

The Associate, Customer Marketing is a key player to support the category development and relative brands growth in Italy. She/he will actively contribute to reach Net Sales and Market Sales category targets. Partnership with Sales to ensure execution of agreed plans in the local market. Implements Consumer and Trade Promotions including Special Packs.

**About the Team/Department**

You will report to the Associate Manager Customer Marking and will work in strong contact with, trade marketing, sales team, and digital agencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Owner of sell out data analysis
- Responsible for Display Portfolio development and management.
- Develop Special Pack plans aligned with the Regional Promo Catalogue
- Develop Trade Presentations leveraging Regional materials
- Develop POP and other marketing & sales materials for the Categories/Segments assigned
- Support on category budget management
- Work on category promo activations, either national or ad hoc for specific customers
- Support on development of category media plan and e-commerce assets.
- Responsible for Autan brand.
- Support in managing

**Experience you’ll bring**:

- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar and eventually a Business Master degree
- Commercial background with at least 2 years in Commercial roles (ideally a combination of Customer Marketing / Marketing and Sales)
- Strong interest in an international career development path, fully mobile
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Problem solver, high level of autonomy
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Demonstrate dynamism and curiosity
- Experience using market data (e.g. AC Nielsen) desirable
- Fluent in Italian & English
