**Responsibilities**:

- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

The projects for new product development require a strong collaboration between resources involved in Italy and Germany.
- Basis Knowledge of CAD 3D, preferably CATIA;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Project leading experience
- Experience in Design of composite or plastic materials and or mechanical systems;
- Experience in standard test of protective equipment or helmets;
- Bike passionate is a plus
- Degree in Mechanical, Biomechanical, Management or Electronic Engineering is a plus
- Microsoft 365 knowledge is a plus

Availability for business trips is required.
