Lagardère Travel Retail Italia, leader nel settore del travel retail, ricerca per la propria sede in provincia di Venezia una risorsa da inserire nella direzione Risorse Umane nel ruolo di** Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Employee Relations Specialist**.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- gestione del processo di onboarding per la rete di vendita per il perimetro di riferimento;
- produzione di reportistica e analisi KPI relativi alla ricerca e selezione delle risorse umane e onboarding;
- gestione delle attività di Employer Branding delle Società italiane, in collaborazione con l'area marketing, creando partnership con scuole e università, partecipando alle fiere del lavoro, ecc.;
- verifica delle nuove richieste di assunzioni ed estensioni contrattuali sulla base dei limiti di budget e delle effettive necessità di organico;
- raccolta dei documenti necessari e preparazione delle lettere di assunzione;
- gestione delle estensioni contrattuali, le trasformazioni d'orario e le richieste di traferimenti interni;
- supporto nella gestione dei procedimenti disciplinari
- condivisione di informazioni e delucidazioni alla rete di vendita sulle norme legali e contrattuali per la gestione del personale;
- supervisione della gestione dei piani formativi dei dipendenti in apprendistato
- gestione dei processi di comunicazione HR interna ed esterna e delle piattaforme social per le tematiche HR
Requisiti richiesti:
- Diploma di Laurea Magistrale;
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in società di somministrazione leader di mercato o in aziende modernamente organizzate;
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte in Italia;
- Autonomia nel presidio del processo;
- Orientamento al risultato;
- Ottime doti comunicative;
- Residenza in provincia di Venezia o Treviso
Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato CCNL Turismo Pubblici Esercizi.
