**Who we are looking for**

For Hydro Extrusion Italy Feltre Plant, we are looking for a:
**INVESTMENT PROJECT MANAGER**

The Project Manager will report directly to Feltre Plant Director and will direct and coordinate activities regarding management of Investment Projects for Feltre Plant.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**
- Preparation and execution of capital investment projects, following the Hydro CVP (Capital Value Process)
- Design and develop machinery specifications and construction specifications based on capability needs standards for each project
- Ensure that the new asset specifications are fully and correctly defined and documented
- Use standard project management tools, practices, and software to manage and communicate project
- Analyze available technology, market needs and existing resources to determine project feasibility
- Keep plant machinery standard updated
- Develop sound HSE practices and maintain significant Contractor Management controls throughout the duration of project execution
- Ensure that critical HSE systems are in place before new assets are turned over to operations (LTV, Elevated Work and Fall, Confined Space, Arc Flash, etc.). Assist the Lead HSE persons with the development of Risk Analysis
- Coordinate all project management activities with the local HSE Manager and Maintenance Manager
- Coordinate and direct team to complete projects, including documentation and integration of technical components
- Guide and approve financial decisions including ordering of materials, expenditures and reporting according to approved project charter
- Meet budgetary and timeline targets for all projects and engage operations to ensure a seamless start-up while minimizing disruptions
- Fully implement a strong reliability system and meet Industry 4.0 standards regarding condition monitoring and machinery feedback
- Other duties as required

Finally, we require:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 Years’ work experience
- Capacity to accumulate Data, work with the Data, and then synthesize the Data in order to make Balanced Assessments and Smart Decisions that project investments as a substantial gain in operational efficiency and market growth
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian languages, both oral and written
- Knowledge of MS Office Products, ACAD/Solidworks software, and MS Project
