Help foster a culture of innovation and societal change, where individuals from all backgrounds can thrive and succeed. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Supporting the team in designing and analyzing general population surveys - Supporting the team in designing and collecting data for elite and stakeholder surveys - Supporting the team’ work on systematic reviews of the climate policy literature - Supporting the team’s computational text analysis work The job location is **Milan, Italy**. **REQUIREMENTS** We are looking for a motivated person with the following requirements: - Master’s degree in economics, political science, or any related fields. - Strong quantitative and econometric background - Fluency in programming language such as R, python, and STATA. - Familiarity with survey design, data collection, and analysis - Familiarity with Qualtrics - Fluency in English (Italian not needed). - Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and diverse environment committed to high-quality research. **DURATION, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS** - The appointment period will be for 9 months as research assistant. - The gross salary will be based on qualification and working experience and competitive with major research centers in Europe. - CMCC provides some additional benefits like flexible working time, support during the immigration process, if needed. **PROTECTED CATEGORY** Belonging to legally protected categories (ex L. 68/99) will constitute a preferential condition.
