**Posizione: Restaurant Manager - Gestione Autonoma del Ristorante**

Siamo alla ricerca di un **Restaurant Manager** esperto, motivato e con spiccate doti di leadership, pronto a gestire il nostro ristorante in modo autonomo, come se fosse il proprio. La persona selezionata avrà la responsabilità di supervisionare ogni aspetto dell'attività, mantenendo elevati standard di servizio, qualità e organizzazione.

**Compiti principali**:

- Gestire in autonomia l'intero ristorante, dalla supervisione del personale alla gestione operativa quotidiana.
- Coordinare e motivare il team di lavoro, assicurando un ambiente di lavoro positivo ed efficiente.
- Controllare l'andamento economico del ristorante, ottimizzando costi e ricavi.
- Gestire ordini, fornitori, e mantenere alta la qualità del servizio e dei piatti.
- Risolvere eventuali problematiche operative in tempo reale.
- Pianificare e organizzare turni e risorse in modo efficace.
- Monitorare la soddisfazione dei clienti, raccogliendo feedback per il miglioramento continuo.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza consolidata nel settore della ristorazione, preferibilmente in ruoli di gestione.
- Ottime capacità organizzative, di problem solving e decision making.
- Leadership naturale e capacità di gestire un team in modo efficace.
- Autonomia, proattività e orientamento al risultato.
- Passione per la ristorazione e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Conoscenza delle dinamiche economiche e gestionali di un ristorante.
