**AISM**, the Italian Multiple Sclerosis Society, with FISM, its Foundation, is an ONLUS that has been operating throughout Italy for 40 years with the aim of supporting people with Multiple Sclerosis through 3 areas: representing and affirming the rights of people with MS, providing services, influence promoting and financing Scientific Research through Foundation (FISM).

We are looking for its organization the:
**INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM OFFICER - GLOBAL DIGITAL PATIENT ENGAGEMENT**:
**Main responsibilities**:
The PROMS initiative is a unique multi-stakeholder initiative cooperatively managed by an independent non-profit academic/clinical organization, the European Charcot Foundation (ECF) and patient organizations, i.e. the Italian Multiple Sclerosis Society (AISM) (AISM, 2021), acting as the lead agency for and on behalf of the global Multiple Sclerosis International Federation (MSIF) (MS International Federation (MSIF) 2021) movement.

She/he will report to the PROMS International Program Manager, a FISM employee, located at the headquarter of the Society in Genoa.

**Core Activities**
- To monitor the program activities and give to the PM and/or the Scientific Steering Committee co-chairs the state of play of tasks, deliverables, milestones (Impact indicators and Key Performance Indicators) anticipating the risks and deviation for the Work Plan;
- To liaise with and coordinate the work of Working Groups (WGs) Leaders in order to ensure compliance to the program deadlines;
- To monitor interactions among WGs and other boards (e.g. Engagement Coordination Team) and support focused meetings whereas needed;
- To create and maintain core program management documents, including timelines, governance documents, budgets and to update the PROMS Repository, as required.
- To coordinate the organization of the PROMS Annual Plenary Meeting, including program design, definition and invitation of speakers, liaison with the logistic team, etc.;
- Bachelor's Degree in Scientific disciplines and/or Business Administration is essential
- A higher research degree, eg MSc or PhD in a biomedical, healthcare or health policy topic is desirable
- A qualification or proven experience in program management practices is essential
- Experience in a health research or healthcare related field is essential. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in **Digital Patient Digital Engagement**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive and able to solve problems
- Organised and able to complete multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Availability to travel
- English: C1 - Proficient (Listening, Reading, Spoken Interaction, Spoken Production, Writing)
- Computer technology skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, sharing folders (eg. Dropbox, ONEDRIVE), teleconference platform (eg. GoToMeeting), Agenda (MS Outlook), etc.
