**Job summary**
Responsible for defining, implementing and managing all processes and working activities related to Quality and Accreditation and associated governmental / regional regulatory requirements for Milano School of Fashion & Design, Firenze School of Fashion and Arts.
In charge of promoting and maintaining strategic partnership with public institutions - at national and regional level - in order to guarantee the accreditation system of the Italian School.
Responsible for defining, implementing and managing relationships with national and international provider in order to maintain and develop international quality certification and the respects of related standard.
**Key purpose of the role**
**Accreditation - requirements compliance -** Work in connection with HQ in the preparation and/or the update of guidelines and regulations, in order to guarantee the compliance with MIUR and ANVUR directions for AFAM Institutions. Coordinate and manage the process aimed at obtaining and maintaining the Schools and programme accreditation by the Istituto Marangoni - Regione Lombardia and Regione Toscana;
**Accreditation - documental management **- Manage the correct communications with the Ministry and ANVUR to obtain and confirm the MIUR accreditation of the Schools and courses/programs. In particular assures the record of official communication and documents and execute the collection and the upload of documentation on the official digital platform for “Accreditamento Periodico”, Statistics and new accreditation processes undertaken by Istituto Marangoni. Manage the correct communications with Regional Institutions
**Quality System **- Support and develop the correct respect of activities for the Quality Management System (currently via the UNI-EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, ISO 14000); in particular:
- supports the update of ISO documentation and assures the correct registration within the documentation management system;
- supports the planning of internal audits and executes them within the Audit Teams, according to a defined planning;
- supports the School Director in preparing and undertaking the annual external audit;
- supports the relations with the certifying body, external consultants or auditors;
- supports the collection of compliance failures and the monitoring of correction/improvement measures.
**Quality Assurance - Key Performance Indicators** - Manage the monitoring of Key performance indicators defined by the Direction. In particular manage the scheduling and assures the activities to measure student satisfaction levels through questionnaires and the collection of student council and student forum reports. Moreover manage the organisation and the results’ sharing of workshops aiming to the continuous improvement.
**Education and Skills**
- Min. 5 years experience in an Academic Dep of Universities of AFAM Institutions
- Deep knowledge of National and Regional Accreditation System and rule
- Knowledge of ISO process
- English Proficiency User
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in team
