**Job Description**:
LOCATION: Europe - Remote or based on one of CMC’s European local sites(France, Italy or the UK).

POSITION: Product Manager

At CMC, our product managers collect and analyze market and customer information. They supervise product lines to ensure the development of the Electronic Chemicals European market. The main duties include Product Strategy development and deployment, working with multi-functional teams and being responsible for the life cycle of our product lines.

Main Responsibilities
- Organize and monitor the life cycle of the products he/she is responsible for, across all the European production sites and for sales mainly done in the European market.
- Measure, manage and optimize the profitability and revenue generated by the products he/she is responsible for.
- Create new products and part numbers by centralizing/collecting necessary information in collaborating with the various departments involved such as but not limited to Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, Technology, Purchasing.
- Strategy and product life cycle based on Marketing Mix “4P” (product, price, promotion, place)
- Define the production channel, internal versus outsourcing and the manufacturing location in agreement with the Business Director.
- key role in communication between manufacturing, purchasing, logistics and sales departments
- Supports sales force in their business processes during pre-sales and sales support phases.
- Control the budget and all costs associated with the product to meet the product margin expectation
- Prepare budget and annual revised sales projections
- Analyze the product’s monthly sales report and take appropriate action.

Qualifications:
Education
- Minimum 3 years of qualifications in International Business Management.
- A chemistry degree will be a plus.

Experience - 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the semiconductor industry or similar such as PCBs.

- Languages: Proficient in English & French.
- Knowledge of every aspect of the product development life cycle
- Proven ability to manage and supervise multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
- Ability to create product development and marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to analyze complex data to identify market trends and customers’ behavior
- Strong Business Strategy Mindset
- Computer literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
