**RDM Group** is looking for a **Controlling Specialist** to join the **Controlling Team** **based in Milan, Italy.**

The **Controlling Specialist **will be in charge of maximising the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. **Reporting to the Planning & Analysis Manager**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Processing** **the **budget hypothesis** regarding the cost of production factors;
- Preparing the data for the **annual budget and multi-year plans**;
- Developing the **final data collection** and preparing **periodic directive report**;
- Preparing monthly and periodic reports on the business management trend in all its departments;
- Preparing the data necessary to carry out specific analysis, when required or necessary.

**Main Qualifications**:

- Degree in Economics or equal training;
- **3 years of experience** in a similar position in structured firms background in the manufacturing industry from process companies is an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of English. Another European language is a preferred;
- **Strong knowledge of financial statements**, cost accounting, budgeting & forecasting methods;
- Command of Windows Office tools, especially proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Ability to manage strict deadlines;
- Strong analytical skills and attentions to details;
- Proactive approach, problem solving, good soft skills, confidentiality and ability to work in a team.
