Our professional challenge:
We are looking for an empathic, goal-oriented and team worker
**Area Manager** who will develop Everli's operations activities, manage a team of Shoppers and ensure solid relationships with multiple stakeholders in
**Lombardia**.
In this role, you will be responsible for the Operational, Financial and Analytical tasks of the assigned area, as well as point of contact for Shoppers.
**What you will do**:
- ** Area supply growth and overall performance**:
- You will be responsible for supply and operations main area KPIs;
- You will make sure to have a stable and sustainable supply growth;
- You will monitor the assigned area’s Shopper base quality & outliers.
- ** Shopper Base touch point**:
- You will be responsible for impactful decisions concerning the Shopper base;
- You will manage the relationship with the Shoppers in your area through different points of contact, relying on our Operations Specialists support.
- ** Expansion & Monitoring**:
- You will act as POC for the Sales Retail team and analysis of operational store performances;
- You will act as POC for supply network dept and geographical expansion;
- You will act as POC for Marketing dept for new/existing campaign - competition monitoring.

**What you bring**:
- You developed a previous experience in Logistics/Operations/Delivery field;
- You got a Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics;
- You have a good proficiency with Office (especially with Excel);
- Your English knowledge is upper intermediate (B2) or even better;
- You have a “B” driving license;
- You are based in Milan or related outskirts.
