**Role purpose**:
This role is specifically focused on developing Fixed Connectivity products for Vodafone Business Italy, working in partnership with the relevant Technology functions, the overall Vodafone Business organisation and the line of business in Vodafone Group. This will be achieved by bringing to market, and then managing in-life, the portfolio of fixed connectivity products, and associated management services that meet the strategic and commercial requirements of Vodafone. The role-holder will own and be fully accountable for all aspects of the performance of these products.
He/she will have the leadership and driving force within Vodafone and with partners, to ensure these targets are met and that the requirements of the market are represented.
Success will be measured against the delivery of new products, services, revenue, profit and customer satisfaction in both Soho, SME and Corporate/PA segments markets.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Fully accountable for delivery of products revenue and product-related customer satisfaction;
- Create and own market requirements specifications and business cases for the products. Responsible for taking new products through the Gating process;
- Accountable for product lifecycle management. This includes product performance management, maintaining high calibre product collateral and training materials, product innovation and rationalisation;
- Managing key stakeholders within Vodafone (e.g. Marketing and Sales, Finance, Technology), with Vodafone Group (e.g. Connectivity Line of Business, Group Technology) and with external partners and suppliers;
- Accountable for product-related costs (capex, opex, direct, acquisition) and their impact on competitiveness.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- 3 years+ relevant professional experience, with a focus on fixed connectivity products and services;
- Broad knowledge of Business requirements/challenges within domestic and international markets, infrastructure technologies, commercials and operations;
- Fluent English;
- Ability to produce and secure buy-in and sign off to product plans and business cases & manage complex stakeholder audience;
- Strong communications skills, comfortable interfacing with different audiences of varied levels of seniority;
- Holding ITIL, PMP or Networking certifications is a plus.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Graduated (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar)
