**TECHNICAL AND R&D MANAGER**

**Posizione**:
**Responsabilità**

A diretto riporto del Direttore Generale e in stretta collaborazione con i vertici aziendali, la risorsa si occuperà della nella definizione degli obiettivi di sviluppo strategico di prodotto, di processo e di marketing per il breve-medio-lungo periodo.

In particolare dovrà:

- Organizzare le attività di progettazione, del laboratorio e del reparto prototipi;
- Assicurare il rispetto dei tempi e dei costi dei progetti di sviluppo
- Fornire direzione técnica sui progetti di sviluppo dei prototipi
- Creare un network di innovazione sviluppando e mantenendo i rapporti con centri e organizzazioni di ricerca
- Monitorare le soluzioni tecniche ed il mercato dei compositi per identificare soluzioni e/o nicchie di mercato promettenti
- Definire e monitorare le competenze necessarie all’interno della direzione técnica, definire le eventuali necessità di training
- Gestire i progetti strategici di competenza dell’area e contribuire alla definizione e implementazione di quelli cross funzionali
- Definire il piano degli investimenti nel rispetto dei vincoli aziendali
- Garantire supporto tecnico alla direzione commerciale nella gestione dei rapporti con clienti
- Garantire supporto tecnico alla produzione per la soluzione di problematiche connesse al prodotto

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea Ingegneria
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Pregressa esperienza nella gestione risorse tecniche
- Gestione risorse economico/finanziarie
