Il ruolo è di supporto alle vendite dal momento della richiesta d'ordine alla consegna, questo implica l'identificazione delle parti, la quotazione e conferma d'ordine, ricezione dell'ordine di acquisto, l'eleaborazione dell'ordine, i prezzi.Si richiede attitudine nell'affrontare e risolvere in modo tempestivo imprevisti e problemi che si possono riscontrare durante il processo.

Si richiede:

- Gestione delle richieste dei clienti esteri EMEIA in entrata
- Gestione dei preventivi (sistema SAP) seguire il cliente e affiancare il team delle vendite per far sì che il preventivo diventi ordine
- Gestire gli ordini al fine del rispetto dei tempi di consegna
- Essere il contatto chiave per il cliente in tutte le fasi dal preventivo alla consegna
- Capacità organizzative, eccellenti capacità comunicative, comprendere le esigenze del cliente, risolvere i problemi
- Conoscenze linguistiche richieste: italiano, inglese, è preferibile una terza lingua
- Competenza nelle applicazioni informatiche

Titolo di studio richiesto: diploma di scuola superiore, preferibile background tecnico

Gardner Denver Srl for the Parma plant, has opened the selection for a position of Distributor Development Specialist.

The role is to support sales from order inquiry to delivery, this involves parts identification, order quoting and confirmation, purchase order receipt, order processing, pricing. An aptitude is required in dealing with and resolving unexpected events and problems that may be encountered during the process in a timely manner.

Is required:

- Management of requests from incoming EMEIA foreign customers
- Quotation management (SAP system) following the customer and supporting the sales team to ensure that the quotation becomes an order
- Manage orders in order to respect delivery times
- Be the key contact for the customer at all stages from the estimate to delivery
- Organizational skills, excellent communication skills, understand customer needs, solve problems
- Linguistic knowledge required: Italian, English, a third language is preferable

Required educational qualification: high school diploma, technical background preferred
