**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning & Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies from the ground up.
- Establish effective processes and integrate necessary software solutions in collaboration with developers and cross-functional teams.

**Digital Asset Creation & Optimization**:

- Lead the creation and optimization of engaging Facebook ad creatives.
- Design and refine landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

**Campaign Management & Analysis**:

- Execute and monitor Facebook Ads campaigns, focusing on key performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing and experiment with new ad formats, creatives, and targeting strategies to continuously improve performance.

**Competitive & Market Analysis**:

- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to implement innovative approaches for user acquisition.

**Cross-Department Coordination**:

- Collaborate with retention, product, and marketing teams to ensure all user acquisition efforts align with overall company goals

**Budget Management**:

- Manage and optimize ad spend to scale campaigns effectively while maintaining cost-efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing—experience in the online gaming or digital media industries is a plus.
- Deep expertise in Facebook Ads management with a thorough understanding of the platform’s policies and best practices in iGaming industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
