Humangest Spa, Società specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione del Personale, ricerca per importante azienda cliente specializzata nella produzione e progettazione di macchinari industriali per l’estrusione della plastica un **Service Manager.**

La risorsa si occuperà della gestione delle richieste clienti, della programmazione e organizzazione degli interventi, collaborando con il personale interno.

**Requisiti**:

- Preferibile Diploma come Perito Meccanico, Elettrico o similare;
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nella gestione del service e programmazione interventi, nel settore impiantistico;
- Competenze tecniche di base sugli impianti per comprendere e smistare le richieste in modo efficace;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, necessaria alla comunicazione col Cliente;
- Buone capacità organizzative e di problem-solving, per gestire più richieste contemporaneamente e trovare soluzioni rapide;
- Ottima gestione del cliente, con capacità di ascolto, comunicazione chiara e orientamento alla soddisfazione del cliente;
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (CRM, software di gestione interventi, Excel, ecc.).
- Capacità di lavorare nel rispetto delle scadenze e di gestire situazioni di emergenza con tempestività;
- Capacità di mediazione e gestione delle priorità;
- Flessibilità e spirito di squadra, per collaborare con tecnici e altri reparti aziendali.

**Si offre**:
Inserimento diretto in Azienda a tempo indeterminato, RAL da valutare in base all'esperienza (fino a 50K); CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria; Premio produzione;
Orario Full time su giornata, da lunedì a venerdì;
**Luogo di lavoro**:San Vittore Olona (MI).

Retribuzione: €30.000,00 - €50.000,00 all'anno

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
- Turno diurno

Retribuzione supplementare:
