**Job Summary**

We are looking for a qualified Hostess to provide a luxury standard service to guarantee the highest level of Guest satisfaction in line with the Company Service Model.

Contribute to the Restaurant success working full dedicated and interacting actively with co-workers from other sectors (Reception, Bar, Lounge, Kitchen) improving Team Working

**Responsibilities**:

- Front office and Guests’ hospitality
- Welcoming and accompanying Guests
- Manage bar and restaurant reservations coordinating special requests in close relationship with Maître/Restaurant Manager
- Answer incoming calls and address Guests’ queries
- Support to Maître/Restaurant Manager and his staff for excellent lounge management
- Cashier management
- Providing excellent customer service
- Contributing to the business growth by establishing and managing continuous relationships with Bodies Institution, Hotels and Local Organization and updating the Company database

**Requisiti**:
**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in both Italian and English. An additional language will be considered a plus.
- Excellent presentation and grooming standard
- Satisfaction-oriented service approach
- Strong creative problems solving skills; agile, flexible and patient
- 1+ years’ previous experience in the role and in the specific business
