**Job Description**:
**What will you take care of?**
With the aim of supporting the members of the board and the Indirect Channel manager of Bosch Rexroth's Sales Unit in Italy, you will be the pivotal role in the organization of various projects related to the strategic development of the business, you will have the opportunity to become part of our Corporate and be involved in a very exciting career path.
**Take on responsibility**:
- Coordination of Indirect Channel management projects at European level: Pricing analysis, building business cases to support the strategy, market analysis and definition of the optimal sales setup in the target geographic areas
- Be responsible for development and deployment of multidisciplinary projects, across department and business units. In details: you will design project plans, estimating how many staff members will be needed to complete projects and outlining the materials needed to bring proposed projects to completion.
- Analyze and track KPI’s, project costs, schedules, risk analysis, and other factors.
- Create reports and presentations for upper management and executives to support them in business meeting and events; briefing them on whether projects are meeting their schedules and deadlines
- Supervise staff progress on implementing projects, meeting with staff members to advise them on how to best stay within their timeline and budget goals for individual projects.
- Support for special initiatives, both locally and abroad, i.e., new eCommerce deployment, logistic projects, sales excellence program Certification, etc..
**Experience cooperation**:
- Interface on a daily base with Departments and Business Units
- Partner with the other Countries in the South Europe Region (France, Spain and Greece) and Head quarter in Germany
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you?**
**Education**:Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics or Business
**Experience and professional skills**:
- 4-5 years of project management and related experience gained in multinational companies
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
**Languages**:fluent in Italian and English; German will be considered as a plus
**Work style**:autonomy, analytical approach, result orientation, business acumen and pragmatism
