**Job description**
The Group Treasury Specialist, reporting to the Group Treasury & Credit Manager, will support on, maintain, optimize and improve the financial standing of all Brands/Companies under the umbrella of Lifestyle Design - Haworth Group.

S/he will directly manage centralized treasury activities for +10 entities and support the team on developing working capital optimization programs, digitalization, cash flow projection and treasury reporting.

**Main activities***:

- Manage daily cash balances of +10 entities and the and cash pooling structure in place;
- Monitor and minimize banking fees and commissions;
- Collect and coordinate short/medium term cash flow monthly projections in coordination with Brand CFOs and Local finance Teams;
- Proactively develop and deploy supply chain financing programs and solutions partnering with Procurement department of the several Brands within LD perimeter;
- Dealing and managing short term financing and keep relationships with banks and financial providers;
- Coordinate Intercompany financing;
- Contribute on setting corporate policies and procedures;
- Lead treasury projects related to cash management centralization;
- Drive innovation on payment solutions enhancing customer journey both in store and on-line.

**Qualifications for the role**
- Knowledge of TMS Piteco is a plus;
- Fluency in both Italian and English.

- Proactivity and problem solving attitude;
- Analytical mindset and strong attitude in managing financial data;
- Empathy and teamworking.

**Workplace**: Milan or Meda (MB).
