**Job Title: Lead Scrubbing Specialist**
**Salary**: USD $900 per month**
**Hours**: 44 hours per week, Weekends Off**

**Job Type**: Full-Time**

The company is a US-based Managed Services Provider offering comprehensive IT solutions. Clients receive a customer-first approach, specializing in IT consulting, Managed Services, and Cybersecurity. They pride themselves on being a one-stop shop for all clients' technology needs.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Verify business information by calling companies to confirm key details such as contact names, addresses, and industry type.
- Clean and maintain the lead database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Research and add new qualified leads to the system.
- Keep detailed records of verified business information and maintain the integrity of the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure they have access to accurate and actionable lead information.
- Regularly report on data scrubbing progress and lead accuracy.
- Ensure the database is continuously updated with clean data.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma; some higher education preferred.
- **Work Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in data entry, lead scrubbing, or CRM management.
- **Skills**:
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for calling and verifying business information.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, data tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **English Proficiency**: Fluent in spoken and written English.

**Position Details**:

- **Location**: Remote Nearshore - Independent Contractor
- **Weekly Hours**: 44 hours
- **Pay**: $900USD per month
