Our Client is a leading multinational Corporation - operating worldwide in the high-tech design and production sector for manufacturing industrial excellence.

In order to strengthen their international Operations Board of Managers and Directors, they’re looking for a Director of Programs’ Management and Product Innovation.

**Posizione**:

- Coordinating the assigned Teams, both in terms of delivery, budgeting and technical tasks;
- Being the point of reference for PMO and Product Innovation with all the other Executive functions (R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, FP&A, Sales, Technical Support, Marketing and Communication), Company key people in order to launch programs and project to let the Organization in reaching its goals;
- Manage both HW and SW product developments;
- Overseing the project management processes - including governance, team leadership, monitoring, prioritization, communication, and quality controls;
- Identifying potential risks involved in all the ongoing Project and Programs - developing plans to mitigate all related risks on product management evolutions;

**Requisiti**:

- Technical Bachelor, with more than 10 years of experience in similar roles within strongly technical and IoT sectors defined by hight evolutive competition on international scale, in multinational organzations;
- Great knowledge and applied experience in Project Management with SCRUM and agile methodologies and being both great in communication and data-driven presentation and chooses;
- Extensive experience in product development and launch planning;
- Strong experience with Microsoft/Google Office Suite and extensive use of presentation software in a networked/remote environment, with maintaining detailed Gantt charts in MS Project and high-level plans in Excel/PowerPoint formats.
- Fluency both in English and Italian languages.
