We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Goodyear Commercial BU for an internship experience. The Intern will get first-hand experience on digital activities as part of the lead generation strategy. He/she will learn how to manage a new website launch, strategize new digital campaigns based on market analysis. The trainee will work together with several company’s departments (PR&Comm, Sales, Pricing etc..) and relate with external agencies.

The Intern will be inserted in the commercial marketing department where he/she will support the Marketing Manager in achieving the objectives assigned to the brand.

**Primary Responsibilites**
- Contribute to set up new digital marketing campaigns from definition of objectives to the tracking of results
- Overview of press releases and social media content to ensure graphic impact
- Manage new website launch and SEO optimization to increase traffic and lead generation
- Maintain relevant marketing assets in Showpad to streamline salesforce usage
- Validate marketing assets translations via Transperfect to ensure localization efficacy
- Manage Direct Marketing activity through Hybris and C4C to ensure communication continuity
- Support Market Analysis by collecting data and updating relevant dashboards to track market insights
- Support Events organization to optimize customer experience

**Job Requirements**
- Master’s degree in marketing, economics, communication or journalism
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ownership, independence to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Capacity to build trustful relationship in all levels of organization
- Outgoing and dynamic personality with a high level of energy and drive
