**Your Challenge**
- Monitor and ensure that the assets are maintained according to the maintenance plans in force
- Management of the maintenance concept, the maintenance strategy and the operating concept with proposal of changes and improvements
- Monitor of maintenance results, i.e., wear situation of components and promptly identification of anomalies
- Handle the obsolescence
- Production of the KPIs and reporting of the results of asset management activities to any interested parts (customer, leasing banks, Engineering Department of HQ, etc.)
- Monitoring diagnostic data and set the basis for predictive maintenance
- Support the fleet management in the maintenance activities organization as link between workshop and engineering

**What you need to bring with you**
You should already have consistent experience in Fleet and Operation management, together with:

- Master’s Degree in engineering or equivalent and proven relevant experience in rail field
- Experience in maintenance and asset management
- A motivated engineering professional with problem solving attitude, excellent analytical skills, a very structured way of working
- Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English and German
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions
- Being a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element
- Eligibility to work in Italy
