Italian Customer Service
This role will be home based in Milan for circa 6 months and then switch to showroom based in Milan.

Founded by a small team of creative designers and engineers, we’ve grown quickly in our first three years in the UK. We’ve got ambitious plans to expand, and are looking for enthusiastic, engaging people to help us build our brand in Europe from the ground up.
**The role**
This Customer Service Advisor position is a real opportunity to play a key part in making Corston a success in Europe. Not only will you be genuinely passionate about creating a best-in-class experience for our customers, but you’ll also bring your excellent knowledge of the local home improvement industry to the role.
Your day to day will be varied: from providing insightful advice and friendly technical support to our customers, to supporting Trade (business to business) sales from start to finish, and seeking out and getting in touch with potential new Trade customers.
**Your responsibilities**
- Support customer service across Italy
- Be a product specialist, actively listening to customers’ questions and concerns, and helping them in a friendly, energetic and professional way
- Build long-lasting relationships with Trade customers by making sure their experience is the best it can possibly be
**Your skills, qualities and experience**
- Outstanding Italian and English communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
- One-two years’ of customer service experience (technical support would be an advantage)
- Ability to spot trends and communicate these to the UK Product Team to help with future product development
- Experience of outbound sales - proactively making contact with potential customers
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to navigate between various systems

Pay: €28,000.00 - €30,000.00 per year
