Specifically, you will be tasked with:

- Design and implement IT Governance frameworks in line with leading practices (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 38500).
- Define, establish, and evolve PMO models for the governance of complex, multi-stakeholder project portfolios.
- Develop methodologies for monitoring, reporting, and controlling project performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs, milestones, and budgets.
- Drive the definition and continuous improvement of digital processes, translating business requirements into actionable IT solutions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the growth of the practice through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and thought leadership.

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM disciplines**.
- **2+ years of experience** in IT consulting, Governance, PMO, or related advisory roles within corporate or consulting environments.
- Solid knowledge of **PMO methodologies** (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/SAFe).
- Understanding of **IT Governance frameworks** and international standards (COBIT, ITIL, ISO).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Italian and English.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Professional certifications in **Governance and PMO**(PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT, Agile/SAFe, TOGAF).
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or expertise in **AI and emerging technologies**.
- Experience in **regulated industries** (e.g., energy, telco, financial services).
- Familiarity with **advanced PMO tools** (e.g., Clarity PPM, MS Project Online, Jira/Confluence)
