**ESPERIENZA PROFESSIONALE**:
Almeno un anno di esperienza nel settore, con competenze nella massimizzazione del valore del prodotto, risultante dal lavoro del team di sviluppo.

**TITOLO DI STUDIO**:
Formazione Ingegneristica con competenze in gestione progetti

**COMPETENZE TECNICHE**:

- Comunicazione di vision, strategy e roadmap
- Chiara identificazione, descrizione e decision Making del Product Backlog
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo
- Esperienza nella supervisione di progetti di sviluppo di siti Web, sistemi di gestione dei contenuti Web e processi di implementazione di siti Web
- Conoscenza delle tecniche Agile come ROI, modello Kano, cost value, metodo MoSCoW, COD, WSJF, ecc.
- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta)

**Modalità di lavoro**: Ibrido 3+2 / Full Remote

**RAL E TIPOLOGIA CONTRATTUALE**:Da definire in base alla seniority della risorsa.
