In qualità di Guest Service Agent, svolgerai un ruolo chiave nel plasmare le esperienze degli ospiti in hotel, garantendo il massimo livello di personalizzazione, l'eccellenza del servizio e il mantenimento di un'immagine professionale in ogni momento.
Si dovrebbe possedere una profonda comprensione del concetto di ospitalità, con un focus sulla filosofia Marriott. Le vostre interazioni quotidiane con i vari reparti serviranno da collegamento cruciale, assicurando la ricezione regolare, l'assistenza e facilitando il flusso di informazioni fra i reparti strategici ed operativi.

**REQUISITI**:

- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e approccio orientato agli ospiti.
- Forte lavoro di squadra e capacità di risolvere i problemi.
- Grande empatia e cordialità verso gli ospiti, con l'obiettivo di fornire assistenza di eccellenza, gestire le relazioni e rispondere alle esigenze e alle richieste di ogni ospite.

**QUALIFICHE AGGIUNTIVE**:

- Esperienza preferibile in Front Office e/o Guest Relations, maturata in strutture di brand internazionali a 4/5 stelle.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Attenzione ai dettagli.
- Ottime capacità organizzative e orientamento al risultato.
- Approccio orientato al rispetto degli standard del brand Marriott.
- Conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera.
- Familiarità con i sistemi operativi Simphony e Opera.

**COMPITI PRINCIPALI**:

- Accogliere gli ospiti nelle aree comuni e nei ristoranti;
- Accogliere con professionalità i clienti, garantendo che le loro esigenze e richieste siano soddisfatte.
- Collaborare con il Guest Experience Team ed altri dipartimenti nella gestione dei servizi per gli ospiti.
- Gestire il portale GXP, piattaforma Guest Experience.
- Gestire i conti e le procedure fiscali/finanziarie per la cassa di F&B durante il turno.
- Gestire l'inserimento dati dei profili dei clienti nel sistema Opera.
- Presentare i servizi alberghieri e creare opportunità di cross-selling e upselling nei diversi dipartimenti.

**SUMMARY**
Russotti Gestioni Hotels is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a key role in shaping guest experiences at the hotel, ensuring the highest level of personalisation, service excellence and maintaining a professional image at all times.
You should possess a deep understanding of the hospitality concept, with a focus on the Marriott philosophy. Your daily interactions with various departments will serve as a crucial link, ensuring smooth reception, assistance and facilitating the flow of information between strategic and operational departments.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent communication skills and guest-oriented approach.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Great empathy towards guests, aiming to provide excellent care, manage relationships and respond to each guest's needs and requests.

**ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Preferable experience in Front Office and/or Guest Relations, gained in 4/5 star international brand properties.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and results orientated apprroach.
- Approach geared towards meeting Marriott brand standards.
- Knowledge of a second language.
- Familiarity with Simphony and Opera operating systems.

**MAIN TASKS**:

- Welcoming guests in common areas and restaurants;
- Welcoming guests in a professional manner, ensuring that their needs and requests are met.
- Collaborate with the Guest Experience Team and other departments in managing guest services.
- Manage the GXP portal, Guest Experience platform.
- Manage accounts and fiscal/financial procedures for the F&B till during the shift.
- Manage the data entry of guest profiles in the Opera system.
- Present hotel services and create cross-selling and upselling opportunities in the different departments.
