We are seeking a highly skilled** Accounting & Finance Specialist** to join our Finance team. **You show**: - Master's Degree in Economics. - 3+ years experience in a company structured in the accounting ans/or administration function. - Excellent knowledge of general accounting, cost accounting and budget analysis. - Previous experience using ERP and accounting and treasury software. - Excellent knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel and Powerpoint). - Good knowledge of tax and VAT issues. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Flexibility and precision. - Fluency in English. **Preferred experience include**: - Domicile in Milan. - Knowledge of Esolver, Agicap and Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be considered a plus. - Knowledge of the Spanish language. **As Accounting & Finance Specialist, you will**: - Complete management of the passive cycle (from purchase requests, to contacts with suppliers, to bank payment instructions). - Cash flow analysis and payment schedule management. - Accounting records. - Back office administrative flows. - Processing and final accounting of income statement data. - Preparation of reports on cost trends (trends, deviations, projections). - Supporto al responsabile amministrativo e al team F&A. **Benefit**: - 100% flexibility & full smart working. - A stimulating and growing work environment. - Focus on work-life balance. - Free online yoga and fitness classes. - Discount on psychotherapy sessions.
