We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Asset Management business.
Come join us for an opportunity to work alongside UBS Asset Management’s Italy and EMEA marketing team. Our team spans across Channel Marketing, Digital, Content and Product Marketing.
You’ll get to:

- Support the Italian marketing team, as part of a global channel marketing network.
- Align marketing initiatives with business priorities, by working closely with the Italian sales team.
- Build a strong understanding of the asset management industry through ongoing collaboration with other divisions of UBS Group

**Your team**
- You will be based in Milan, reporting to the Marketing Director based in Milan. In this role, you’ll support the Head in executing various brand and product campaigns, developing collateral, creating communication pieces and events. Aside from working with the global AM marketing team, and UBS’s global brand team you will also be working in collaboration with AM’s wider sales and investment teams.

**Your expertise**
- is in their penultimate or final year of their degree, or recently graduated (no more than six months from the start of the internship)
- has or is on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree

has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is highly organized with a proactive, enthusiastic, flexible approach that demonstrates initiative and a deep commitment to excellence
- has impeccable character with high ethical and quality standards and attention to detail
- has good working knowledge of financial concept
- has good writing skills with ability to ‘translate’ technical concepts into relatable soundbites for use across client communication and social media
- is an Italian native speaker and fluent in English (written and oral)
- is motivated to work in a business field with high demands, tight deadlines and strict regulatory requirements
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for storytelling
- has excellent MS-Office skills, especially in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- has the ability to build trustful working relationships with multiple stakeholders/ executives

**Your program**
- This paid internship will last 3-6 months, where you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
