**Posizione**:

**About the Company**: for an IT Technology company that works in reatil field, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for a **Business Analyst**.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement;
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and proposing optimization strategies;
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings;
- Performing requirements analysis;
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producinuseful reports;
- Working closely with Business Stakeholders;
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements;
- Performing user acceptance testing;
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

**Requisiti**:
**Must have**:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis;
- Experience with Order Management System;
- Bachelor or Master degree in business or related field;
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Experience in the usage of UML;
- Team player, collaborative with a remarkable client first attitude;
- Concrete, rational and able to work with tight deadlines;
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in the usage of Fluent Commerce;
- Experience in Retail.
