In this role, you will be responsible for defining a plan for the development of repair activities, finalizing the plan coordinating and interfacing with all stakeholders. You’ll set up the operational plan for the realization of investments (PP&E), qualifications, standardized documentation; monitoring progress organizing review and assuring the execution.

As a Repair Industrialization Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Managing NPD project assessment to identify potential gaps on capacity\capability of the Repair Network versus defined repair processes and relevant technologies proposed during feasibility studies.
- Defining a plan for the development of repair activities in the identified Shops, based on experience, capability & capacity, optimizing process flow drawing on Manufacturing capabilities where existing so that synergies and productivity are maximized
- Defining MAKE vs BUY strategy with Repair suppliers. All of these activities shall have as priority ownership and safeguard of leading-edge OEM technologies within a global perspective.
- Finalizing the plan coordinating and interfacing with all stakeholders (internal TPS Service functions such as Service Engineering, Product Leadership, Asset Management and other TPS functions such as Manufacturing & E&P).
- Setting up the operational plan for the realization of investments (PP&E), qualifications, standardized documentation, which provides for an internal reference point, interfacing with Shops and the other COE functions such as Quality, Standardization, Tooling and Productivity.
- Organizing periodic alignment touchpoints with functions and management to review status of the project, due date and final target.
- Ensuring effective project completion with a signed-off handover to selected Network Repair Shop(s) which receive a Repair shop product defined in all its aspects, with no need of additional trials, tests and experimentation.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a BSc from an accredited university or college with proven experience in Manufacturing.
- Show good Project Management experience
- Demonstrate excellent collaboration combined with interpersonal and leadership skills
- Be a good team player and display good communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
