Per un nostro cliente leader nel settore turistico stiamo selezionando un profilo di Product Owner.
Le responsabilità del product owner prevedono la raccolta delle esigenze delle funzionalità, schedulare i rilasci e coordinare gli sprint. Per avere successo nel suo ruolo dovrà essere in grado di identificare le necessità degli utenti con dei team ibridi e gestire i rilasci del prodotto.

Responsabilità
- Preparare e prioritizzare il backlog
- Incorporare le richieste di funzionalità all'interno della roadmap del prodotto
- Sviluppo e analisi delle user stories con Interviste ai key users in ambito funzionale
- Impostare gli obiettivi degli sprint
- Co-Design KU e Fornitore dell’interfaccia utente
- Pianificare e guidare le sessioni di Design Thinking
- Seguire il progress del lavoro e supportare la risoluzione dei problemi durante gli sprint
- Pianificare rilasci e upgrade
- Revisione e approvazione documentazione di progetto
- Sviluppo di scenari di test e testbook delle storie interessate
- Coordinamento attività tra fornitore, KU e stakeholder interni
- UAT con KU delle storie da testare in QA
- Monitoraggio stato di avanzamento attività
- Rifinire la metodologia agile basandosi sui risultati e sui feedback

Requisiti
- Esperienza come Product Owner o ruolo simile nella gestione di prodotti digitali
- Familiarità o conoscenza della metodologia Agile
- Esperienza nella gestione di tutte le fasi di vita di un prodotto digitale
- Background tecnico con conoscenza di sviluppo software e tecnologie web
- Capacità di comunicazione e lavoro di squadra
- Buone capacità organizzative
- Conoscenze del logiche di marketing e sales è un plus

La figura è richiesta a 0.75/1 FTE in modalità ibrida con presenza in ufficio a Genova di 2/3 volte a settimana.
Il progetto è sviluppato secondo la metodologia agile scrum e prevede degli sprint bi-settimanali all’interno dei quali vengono affrontate TOT storie previste più le esecuzioni di UAT di quanto rilasciato lo sprint precedente, il progetto ha circa 220 storie funzionali e attualmente sono stati sviluppati testbook per circa 80 storie.

**Stima settimanale attività**:

- 8 ore per scenari di test
- 8 ore di UAT (esecuzione test)
- 6 ore per interviste con i KU
- 2 ore per sprint planning
- 3 ore per daily
- 4 ore per varie ed eventuali (olta, assist con resevo)
- 2 ore per revisione documentazione
- 1 ore per feedback sulla parte design

- Analizzato e intervistato i KU
- Provare applicativo attuale a fondo
- Co-design con fornitore per l’interfaccia
- Scrittura documentazione e validazione
- Stesura scenari di test
- Conversione scenari di test in testbook (in allegato esempio testbook)
- Esecuzione UAT sui vari livelli di profilazioni dell’utente
