- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records for the music labeling firm
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports for the music labeling firm
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts for the music labeling firm
- Managing vendors and creditors for the music labeling firm
- Preparing and filing tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax for the music labeling firm
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting for the music labeling firm
- Reviewing and interpreting financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the music labeling firm
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations for the music labeling firm
- Providing support for audits and other financial reviews for the music labeling firm
- Collaborating with other departments in the music labeling firm to ensure accurate financial information and reporting
- Performing other related duties as assigned

**Competenze ed esperienza**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or a related field, preferably in the music industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations in the music industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, with experience in music-specific software such as RoyaltyShare and Soundscan preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with experience in royalty accounting preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with artists and their representatives preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills

**Completa l'offerta**:
Annual Gross Salary offered: 35.000€ - 36.000€ + bonus + home office (2 days per week)
