Per importante Gruppo Industriale Bresciano, affermato a livello nazionale e internazionale nella progettazione e produzione di componenti e sistemi per il settore Automotive, al fine di potenziare l’**Area Qualità**, siamo stati incaricati di ricercare la figura di un/una:
**SUPPLIER QUALITY DEVELOPMENT - AUTOMOTIVE**

Rispondendo direttamente al Chief Procurement Director, la risorsa avrà la **responsabilità** di **gestire, consolidare, potenziare, supportare la rete di fornitori a nome del Gruppo Industriale** oltre a promuovere e supportare l'innovazione di prodotto e processo.

In particolare, le **attività **che potrà svolgere in autonomia o in supporto saranno:

- Pianificare e condurre la **valutazione iniziale** del fornitore
- ** Sviluppare **il parco fornitori (prodotto e processo) fino all'approvazione PPAP
- ** Facilitare la comunicazione** tra i fornitori e le funzioni interne dell’azienda
- Supportare attivamente nella **gestione dei reclami** del cliente finale
- Collaborare costantemente con il fornitore sull'efficacia dell'azione correttiva
- Eseguire la **revisione e la valutazione delle performance** (Vendor Rating) dei fornitori
- ** Contribuire **a rendere i processi incisivi ed efficienti cooperando con la Direzione Acquisti (local & global)

I **requisiti principali **richiesti al fine di ricoprire il ruolo sono:

- Ottima conoscenza di **alcuni degli strumenti core** (PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, Risk-based thinking)
- Conoscenza di normative (**ISO 9001**:2015 e **IATF** 16494:2016) e/o standard di audit (**VDA 6.3**, **VDA** **6.5**)
- Conoscenza dei **processi** relativi a componenti meccanici, pezzi fusi e/o componenti termoplastici
- Buona conoscenza della **lingua inglese
