**We’re hiring a PAID MARKETING SPECIALIST**

This position requires you to hit the ground running and the ability to work from experience is critical.

**Required skills**:

- Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies (e.g. Google Analytics)
- A maniacal detail-oriented mindset and enjoys doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects
- Marketing budget management
- Good knowledge of other Paid Marketing Channel (retargeting, affiliate, etc)

**What you will do**:

- Manage advertising budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
- Develop reports that identify actionable insights based on performance relative to channel specific goals
- Implement conversion rate optimization techniques
- Help define a content calendar that maximizes customer engagement and uses relevant data gathered from the methods above
- Drive down CPA without sacrificing performance
- Leverage competitive analysis to increase performance
- Own PPC strategies, execution, and performance
- Work in collaboration with the country teams to develop strategies to use Social Media as an acquisition channel
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow Social Media accounts (followers, engagement, etc.)
- Establish our websites as a resource for the communities we serve

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or Communications preferred
- 2+ years of Marketing, Digital Advertising or Facebook & Google Advertisement experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of Google Ads account management experience required
- Minimum of 2 years Facebook/Instagram Ads Account Experience
- Agency or eCommerce experience preferred

**Additional Skills**:

- Google AdWords certified preferred
- SEO experience preferred
