We are looking for the:
**GLOBAL PRODUCT MANAGER CEUS (CONTRAST-ENHANCED ULTRASOUND)**:
**Main responsibilities**:
The Global Product Manager CEUS is responsible for making better bets by aligning market insights with technology trends to assist portfolio management and local marketing teams in product planning and optimizing commercial execution through development of marketing and launch plans in coordination with them. Identifies and develops opportunities for growth and market share gain.

This key position contributes to a global product /portfolio strategy including product positioning and current portfolio. He/She identifies programs needed to enhance market penetration and customer loyalty. Provides input to the product / solutions roadmap and related life cycle management.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Performing industry trend analysis, market share and competitive analysis in key Regions (APAC, USA, EU, LATAM)
- Quantifying and prioritizing market opportunities for CEUS in key Regions
- Collaborating with Ultrasound OEMs to conceive and implement co-marketing initiatives across the Key Geographies
- Working with Regional CEUS marketing, GM&RA and R&D to nurture and enhance a 360° life cycle project management (microbubbles, Injectors, software) to create Bracco’s complete portfolio of CEUS solutions
- Working with local marketing teams to define programs needed to improve market penetration and customer loyalty
- Liaising with US Societies and KOL network. Supports development of regional KOL’s in collaboration with Local CEUS Marketing teams
- Building and executing global product launch plan, including value proposition, segmentation / positioning, target pricing, awareness & advocacy strategies, channel strategy and sales enablement (in coordination with local marketing teams)
- Coordinating development of marketing assets and product training materials (in cooperation with Global Educational Team)
- Ensuring that regional marketing plans are aligned with the global marketing plan
- Collaborating with Global Marketing Communications team to develop a communications plan in support of the marketing objectives.
- Developing and managing budget needed to execute marketing plan, and ensure timely implementation of programs in marketing plan.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
- Leadership and influencing skills to lead and/or influence extended teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong analytical and process skills
- Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding garnered in the Healthcare Industry (Pharma, Med Device)
- Innovation - develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
- Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global and cross-functional teams

**Location**:
HQ in Milan. Figures who do not reside in Milan but in other European countries will also be considered.
