Eccoci siamo qui per te B.Zar Hotel & Co., un brand che comprende hotel, ristoranti e rooftop bar situati nel cuore di Roma, Firenze e Milano è alla ricerca di un **Restaurant e Bar Manager **che possa ben integrarsi nel team già esistente. **Ti occuperai di**: - ** operatività 80% e managerialità 20%**; - supervisionare e organizzare tutte le attività di bar, sala e cucina (coordinandoti con lo Chef); - assicurare un ottimo servizio agli ospiti; - gestire feedback e lamentele della clientela; - gestire il personale (turni di lavoro, ferie, malattie, permessi, richieste varie); - controllare le scorte per fare gli ordini delle varie forniture; - coordinarsi con il dipartimento HR nella selezione e formazione del personale; - garantire l’applicazione delle norme vigenti e delle procedure aziendali relative agli aspetti igienico -sanitari (HACCP) e alla sicurezza; - gestire l'attività di ristorazione dal punto di vista economico; - creare pianificazione settimanale da girare al management; - redigere reports a fine mese; - ** NON offriamo vitto e alloggio.** **Cosa ti offriamo**: - stipendio commisurato all'esperienza; - contratto a norma di legge; - festivi maggiorati; - orario notturno maggiorato; - percorso di formazione continua; - possibilità di crescita all'interno dell'azienda; - ambiente giovane e dinamico; - standard di ospitalità made in Italy e fortemente orientato all’innovazione; - ** non offriamo vitto e alloggio.** **Cosa cerchiamo in te**: - 2 anni di esperienza pregressa nel ruolo; - ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare di Excel); - solida capacità di calcolo del food cost e del labour cost; - ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; - operatività; - spiccate doti di problem solving; - leadership; - spiccate doti comunicative; - propensione all'innovazione; - proattività. **Benefit**: - mensa aziendale; - kit aziendale; - sconto dedicato nelle strutture F&B del gruppo; - bonus porta un amico (in azienda); - bonus compleanno; - bonus mensili ed annuali per obiettivi raggiunti. **Sede di lavoro**: **Orario di lavoro**: su turni diurni o serali, 5 gg su 7 gg, 40 h settimanali **Stipendio / RAL**: € 33.000,00 - € 39.624,00 **Tipo di contratto**: Full time - #lavoraconbzarhotel_ **Chi siamo**: **B.Zar Hotel&Co.** è un brand fondato da tre giovani imprenditori: Kaja Osinski, austriaca di nascita ma romana di adozione; Filippo Ribacchi, romano dedito al settore turistico; Alessia Melisi, esperta nella consulenza aziendale.
