Per il nostro parco divertimenti di Bologna, Luna Farm, stiamo cercando un/una Guest Service & Arcade Operator che si occuperà della gestione operativa della cassa del parco e di fornire informazioni ai/alle ospiti, garantendo la massima accoglienza e cortesia, nel pieno rispetto delle procedure e delle policy aziendali.
La figura selezionata si occuperà anche della manutenzione ordinaria della sala giochi del parco.
**RESPONSABILITÁ**:
Eseguire le procedure di apertura e chiusura della cassa
Effettuare le operazioni di cassa attraverso il sistema di ticketing
Indirizzare gli/le ospiti rispetto alle opportunità di acquisto più idonee per le loro esigenze
Fornire agli/alle ospiti tutte le informazioni necessarie per la loro esperienza nel parco
Assicurare l’ordine e la pulizia della propria postazione
Riportare al proprio responsabile eventuali criticità riscontrate
Seguire le procedure di emergenza in caso di situazioni di pericolo
Verificare il funzionamento delle macchine della sala giochi, effettuare interventi di base per correggere anomalie come cambio ticket e malfunzionamento gettoniere
Gestire la consegna dei premi arcade
**REQUISITI**:
Disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend e festivi
Cordialità, impegno e responsabilità
Attenzione a ordine e pulizia
Orientamento al cliente
Team working
Comunicazione
È gradita la conoscenza dell'inglese B2 e un’esperienza pregressa in gestione/operazioni di cassa
NOTA BENE
Non è richiesta esperienza in ambito tecnico per svolgere le funzioni di tecnico arcade perché predisporremo un'adeguata formazione interna. Si richiede, invece, curiosità e interesse per l'ambiete delle sale giochi.
