We are looking for a Media Client Consultant for our office in Rome. The purpose of this role is provide support and assistance in managing client plans and day-to-day activities while collaborating with colleagues.

The purpose of this role is provide support and assistance in managing client plans and day-to-day activities while collaborating with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Ensure projects and plans meet objectives and stay on time/budget.
- Client Support: Assist Client Manager with client liaison and administration.
- Market Research: Research new market trends to incorporate innovative strategies into planning.
- Client Communication: Connect with clients to ensure high-quality communication and service delivery.
- Data Monitoring: Monitor sales data to measure plan effectiveness and flag issues where appropriate.

Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in video media planning or activation in agencies
- Deep knowledge of Kimono, Arianna, Kubik, AQX Nielsen - GMP knowledge is a plus
- Focus on Client management
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
- Client Liaison: Excellent client-facing skills, including communication and relationship building. Expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Market Research: Strong research skills, with an ability to identify and analyze market trends.
- Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing sales data to measure plan effectiveness.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and across departments.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise.
