Siamo alla ricerca di una figura dinamica e motivata da inserire nel team come GLO SPECIALIST per i dispositivi a tabacco riscaldato, per informazione sui prodotti a tabacco riscaldato dall'interno delle tabaccherie.

**RICERCHIAMO FIGURE CHE SI SPOSTINO SU ALCUNE TABACCHERIE DI VENEZIA E PROVINCIA**

MANSIONI E RESPONSABILITÀ:

- Visitare quotidianamente le tabaccherie assegnate sul territorio.
- Presentare e illustrare i prodotti Glo, le loro caratteristiche ai clienti consumatori che entreranno nelle tabaccherie della città
- Organizzare il proprio planning mensile di visite
- Mantenere e sviluppare un'ottima relazione con le tabaccherie
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati

REQUISITI FONDAMENTALI:

- Ottime doti comunicative e predisposizione al contatto interpersonale.
- Orientamento al risultato e approccio proattivo.
- Capacità di organizzare il lavoro in autonomia e di gestire un territorio assegnato.
- Patente B e disponibilità alla mobilità sul territorio.

COSA OFFRIAMO:

- **Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL)**: € 23.000
- **Sistema Incentivante**: Piano di incentivi legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e performance.
- **Strumenti Aziendali**: Auto Aziendale e Carta Carburante per la gestione degli spostamenti.
- Contratto di lavoro a tempo determinato, a tempo pieno **(40h settimanali), dal Lunedì al Venerdì.**:

- Formazione iniziale e supporto continuo sui prodotti e sulle tecniche di vendita.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €23.000,00 all'anno
