Atlante is NHOA’s new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated. The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.

**Posizione**:
You will work as **Junior Project Manager** in the **Integration & Deployment Office **(IDO) within Atlante Global Infrastructure Pillar.

The IDO oversees the digitalization of Processes and the Project Management platform in all the countries where Atlante operates. As part of this office, you will be involved on Integration projects that will ensure the scale-up of the business.

You will also work, together with the Head of Integration & Deployment and Infra teams in Italy, France, Spain and Portugal, on the rollout plan for the Global EV Infrastructure deployment and its continuous monitoring using digital Project Management tools (such as Salesforce, Monday, SAP, Power Automate, Microsoft Power BI).

**Tasks and Duties**
- Support the monitoring of Global Infrastructure deployment using Project Management tools and processes together with local HOI and the Head of Integration & Deployment Office (HIDO);
- Work closely with the HIDO on the development and maintenance of project management tools to support and automate the process flow to monitor a project cross country;
- Take part in the definition of the overall rollout plan and monitor it constantly during the year;
- Continuous development and improvements of the Digital Project Management ecosystem already in place cross country;
- Support the training of EV installers and partners globally in order to be compliant with Atlante standards and tools.

**Requisiti**:

- Master’s degree in engineering or business (Management Engineering will be considered a plus)
- Previous experience in Process Management related fields will be considered a plus
- Proven experience with project management software and CRM or ERP
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent proficiency in Italian and English (French, Spanish, Portuguese will be considered a plus)

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Business Process Modelling knowledge
- Project Management certifications (Predictive, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Experience abroad
