**Your **role**:
As the Engineering Project Leader in Aptiv you will have the responsibility to lead development of complex customer products. This is a key role with high visibility within organization and towards customer and great opportunity for seasoned manager with great technical background. In your daily work, you will:

- Responsible for the engineering customer communication for the assigned project.
- Work with stakeholders,customers, others to understand needs, split Capabilities to define and prioritize Features.
- Manage total product development including software, hardware, testing and certifications
- Responsible for timing, resources, budget planning and project quality
- Assess metrics, including evaluation of business value achieved versus plan.
- Work with Suppliers, making sure the requirements for supplier
- delivered features are understood and assisting with the conceptual integration of these concerns.

**Your background**:

- Master Degree on technical disciplines: e.g. Electronic or SW Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in product development (both hardware and software preferred ) on Automotive field
- 5+ years of experience in management (technical, project or team) positions as technical manager, team manager
- English & Italian are mandatory
- Cross functional knowledge including software, hardware development, budgeting and resource planning
- Ability communicate effectively and convey complex concepts into simplified language
- Ability to anticipate customer’s needs & to identify financial impact of decisions
