We are looking for an HSE MANAGER to take on the responsibility of managing the health, safety, and environmental aspects of our company’s activities at the Reggio Emilia Headquarters and coordinating activities at our international locations.

**Responsabilities**:

- Ensuring compliance with legal provisions regarding workplace safety (equipment, machinery, and work environment) and environmental regulations
- Maintaining, updating, and integrating the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001:2018 systems within the company
- Proposing and advancing improvement activities and measuring performance through KPIs
- Overseeing the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System
- Formulating intervention plans for HSE improvements
- Conducting training activities related to safety and environmental issues
- Managing the integrated ISO 14001 (EMS) and ISO 45001:2018 (OHSMS) systems
- Collaborating in the preparation of the sustainability report
- Conducting audits

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in technical/management disciplines
- Experience in the mechanical sector
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Knowledge of process evaluation techniques (PCPA)
- Residence in the vicinity of Reggio Emilia is preferred
- Availability for international travel
