**Position Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives across the company.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Handle digital contracts and ensure they comply with relevant regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to integrate and streamline Italian accounting processes within the digital and ERP frameworks.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on IT and ERP-related systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advise the company on leveraging digital solutions for growth.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in IT, ERP implementation/management, and digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Italian accounting principles, especially in a digital context.
- Experience with JD Edwards ERP is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with digital contract management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in Italian and English.
- A degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
