Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

**About the role**:
The objective of the internship is to acquire the skills for the proper management of incoming and outgoing flows of a large warehouse.

You will have the opportunity to participate in projects related to the supply chain world but also cross-functional.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Follow daily operations
- Logistic process analysis to find opportunities for improving productivity
- Lead for assigned projects
- Perform Costs analysis against expected budget, KPI's reporting
- Costs and service KPIs monitoring
- Accountable for the inventory accuracy and KPIs of specific assigned WH areas
- Procedures review in line with the Company standards and Policies
- Support in safety and maintenance activities
- Follow the returns process and customs clearance
- Interaction with suppliers

**The experience we're looking for**:

- MSc Degree in Engineering (preferred) or Economics
- Fluency in Italian and English (an international experience during the studies or work is highly valued)
- Good knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Strong analytical attitude

**The skills for success**:
Relationship Management, Business Accumen, Productivity management, Procurement.
