The Funds & Solutions Team is part of the global Product Platform & Sustainable Solutions and is in charge of several activities regarding funds and the management of the range of products provided to the Italian network.

The main activities are focused mainly on creation of the range of funds, onboarding and monitoring; all those activities must comply with internal policies and regulators rules, such as product governance policies, and MIFID II activities.

The activities concern the selection of strategies for Italian market according to the CIO view, the product governance of funds offered, the support to all business lines for an efficient selling of products and the monitoring of the strategies. The department creates funds updates concerning the strategies, inform the network about main changes of products, ease the set up of new products and provide new ideas. The funds Solutions department works closely with the global team in developing and optimizing synergies among different countries.

Moreover the funds & solution team monitors funds and funds companies, meets asset managers, and supports the network.

Your key responsibilities
- Product Management of the mutual funds;
- Support in all POG &Regulatory activities and communication
- Support Onboarding of the new Asset Managers and relationship management of the existing one;
- Commercial and operative support to sales networks ,including training sessions, ad hoc update and meeting participation;
- Provide support for : Fund Update, Content preparation for the internal meeting and marketing material
- Support for T/Ops initiatives.
- Maintenance and update internal sites

Your skills and experience
- Master of finance
- Up to 6 years of experience in the financial market
