On behalf of our esteemed Customer, Luxury Brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their team in Milan (Montenapoleone):
**SALES CONSULTANT / LUXURY BRAND / New Opening Milan (Montenapoleone)**
- **Duties and Responsabilities**:_
- Guarantee operative functioning of the store
- Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
- Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance
- Be an ambassador of the brand
- Ensure customers’ needs and resolve all customer issues
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor
- Ensure a good work environment
- Achieve sales goals
- Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
- Assist all sales team members
- Control of checkout and bank transfers
- Stock activities
- Ensure the correct management of the merchandise
- At least 5-6 years of experience in retail luxury RTW
- Fluent Italian and English is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude
- Good IT skills
- Customer oriented
- Multi - tasking abilities
